As a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kara has worked with Dr. Sheaffer since 2006 as his Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant. 

Born in West Virginia, Kara has since become an Orlando native after living here for the over 30 years. She current resides in Altamonte Springs with her husband, her son and yellow Lab named Murphy. 

Although Dr. Steve and Celeste were at rival schools in the early years, they have been working together in marriage and chiropractic for the past 30-plus years. Her interests include coastal art, photography, reading, and a passion for cats.
